Our single family division was established in 1982, and quickly rose to become the leading new home sales and marketing company for Atlanta’s finest builders and developers. The first in Atlanta to represent a national homebuilder, and a charter member of The Builder Marketing Society, Builder Developer Services sold billions of dollars of real estate using quality strategic techniques, from research and analysis to product design.

The multi-family division was formed in 1993 to fulfill a highly specialized niche; providing unparalleled expertise in the sales and marketing of condominiums, lofts and townhomes. Drawing upon the national perspective and resources of NRT and Coldwell Banker, The Condo Store began a national expansion in 2000 with spectacular results: 450 new construction and conversion multi-family developments across the Southeast yielding a sales volume exceeding $7 billion dollars.
