Great article, Maria. You always nail it when it comes to aiming straight for the essential meat.
I value your expertise and ability to laser-in on what's truly important in establishing the buyer relationship and ultimately closing the sale. EVERYONE is looking for, and expecting, value in today's economy. Illuminating those attributes that add value- not limited to, but including- location, are what results in a viable contract that sticks. We agents have to be well-versed on the construction of the building or property, the HVAC system, the insulation, noise control, security of the vicinity and parking, amenities, HOA details, any archtitectural value-added qualities, etc., in order to really articulate to our prospects & buyers the full value of what we're selling . If we don't point out and stress the value-added components, they won't feel good about making offers. The symbiosis between agent & buyer is formidable, even with the Internet's reputation as a helpful tool. Thank you, Stevie Edwards, The Studio Homes of Ellis Sq. / Savannah
