I, too, am envious of the present incentives for first time buyers. How I would love to be in their shoes. My recent experience listing my own condo fsbo/or for lease revealed that there truly are qualified, able prospective buyers. However, I was surprised that many of the prospects were unfamiliar with the incentives, the advantages of homeownership, or even how to get started. Thus, I encourage everyone to educate. Meanwhile, cheers to the real estate revival.
